Default RE: Extreme Flight 87" Yak 54 - Build & Fly

I lived in Cincinnati in the 70's and enjoyed the friggen weather there ----
Now - we have rain here -wall to wall and still have up to 40 feet of snowpack.
So I am going flying Saturday, barring another l rain.
Back in 83 -our field went under 3 ft of water for the next 2 years -
I hear ya Dick. About 3 weeks ago it warmed up to 80 degrees for a couple days. I was in my shorts, flying my Vision, having a ball. Then, come Monday, the temp dropped 20 degrees a day until it hit the upper 20's. It has bounced between 20-40 with rain and/or snow ever since. This is only the second weekend of good weather I think we've had in 2005. It really sucks for me cause by the time I get home from work, it's usually too late to fly during the week. Weekends are about all I have... so bad weather really can rob the only days I can get to fly

I know... wah! Well, I don't think I want to fly the Yak now anyway... at least not until I get me a stock muffler!
