Default IS 8.2V MAX NORMAL FOR LITHIUM USING SCHULZE?

I finally got my 2 cells Li-Ions to charge fully but the voltage was 8.2V. Schulze will not go beyond it.

Is it normal?

My X-Peak 3 charger from Rc-Dymond charged the batteries to 8.4V.

Thanks
