Rubber snakes work! We had gull crapp all over the roof of a building downtown and they put a rubber snake up there. They never came back. Otherwise here in Manitowoc the cops have permission to shoot 10 per day up to 100. There are probably 100,000 here so not much of a dent. LMAO
