What is especially bothersome is that the company keeps selling stuff left and right! Introducing new kits and products, and yet they collected $800,000(that's 80 kits at $10k each) for a project that is totally unuseable.
That's serious dough. Cottage industry, my foot. If they had gone out of business, that would be one thing, but they keep taking in more money, without honoring their debts. Right now I have two close friends with these aircraft, and neither can be flown. I have met at least a handful of other guys who are in the same boat. Another guy bought the kit for $10k, new, and ended up selling it for $4k. It was and still is essentially worthless until they replace the totally defective landing gear ecu. To hear their US dealer come around and brag about their new product is a slap in the face, considering that they have taken SERIOUS money from a lot of people and not delivered what was paid for.
