Sounds like diff is in backwards...check the side with the adjustment.

yea adjuster was always on the right.
i couldnt get the nut out of the piece that holds it in the diff.(have to get one at the LHS) so i put it back together and tightened it ALOT by hand, put it back in. it lasted for not even a tank of gas.
in the mean time i noticed that when the diff is tightened properly, you can just barely see the threads comming though the piece mentioned above on the left side. so i mixxed up some 2part epoxy and put a very small dab right on the threads. well see how it is on monday*shrugs*
