Default RE: Charging ECU battery

Hi Edgar

As we do not have experience with these two chargers we reccomend that your disconnect the battery during charging to prevent any possible damage to the ecu.

Sincerely,
Ed

This was an old topic. If the charger doesn't have some kind of cleaning cycle it was OK. The problem is with the ECU not the batteries.
Darryl
What is a "cleaning cycle"? It is when the charger test the pack voltage during charging?

Net net.. can it be done (charge w/o disconnect) with the Triton and /or Schulze's Camaleon?

Thanks!
