You sure you have it aligned correctly?
Is this a brand new motor?
Does it still have the pull start and are you sure you have it wired to turn the right direction?

Well it seems to only be able to turn the fly wheel one rotation or so. I haven't tried the car yet
How do you know it will only turn one rotation if you haven't tried it on the car yet?
That box should have no problem turning over that engine if the engine is broken in.
