There are a number of problems with your engine.

The drive washer face is probably worn almost smooth if it spits the prop.

The NVA is close to being worn out at 1/2 turn from closed and may need replacing.

The running problem suggests and engine worn enough that it will not keep the plug lit at idle.

Hard to say what else may be wrong without seeing the engine.
