Default RE: Rodger Dodger Build

While everything was drying, I drilled the ailerons to accept the 1/16" torque rods - very carefully using the drill bit between two fingers, there's not much wiggle room. I might beef up the outsides so the ailerons don't crack under stress. I grabbed a stack of CA hinges left over from another project, and cut them down to a reasonable size. then slotted the ailerons and trailing edge of the wing using an x-acto and light pressure. Not very much material there to cut through, so it wen't fairly quickly. The trailing edge sheeting makes it pretty easy to find the center for the hinge slots.
