figueroa- First find somebody (if you do not already know) to teach you the proper way to adjust needles, it's VERY easy really. EVERY engine at the first run should be adjusted.
Here is a
basic fool proof run down
#1 set high for peak then back off 200 rpm (WOT for no more than couple of seconds)
#2 set low for good transition and idle.
#3 re-set high again because low affects high.
Next, 221 is not hot. Check the thread I am posting below if you doubt it.
