Theres realy no fix all free solution that I think ur trying to get. Contact MRC through there site (there pretty easy to find, there big in moddle trains and chargers) then ask them where to buy all the stuff you need. Your one of a kind chassis is only causing you problems, dump it, get a new stock tranny. Get a new Servo, shouldnt be one of a kind, so just buy one that is cheap and in your price-range. As for your slipper pads, get new ones, they all should be about the same size, and if you want to roll with the big boyz get some diff balls to stick in there, they will work like pads but wont wear out as fast. I agree people are kind of being annoying, but theres realy no way we can help you, you need to email MRC, get a new servo and figure out what kind of slipper pegs you need.
