Hey Barry, tough break. It sure does suck to lose a plane. I lost my somethin extra two weeks ago and have been asking myself if its all worth it as I put together my UCD. But we must fight through it.

Even now I look at my UCD and think maybe i should just leave it on the ground so it will stay in one peace. But Damn I know it will look even better in the sky. Im torn. I think I am going to spend 3 hours pre-flight checking this plane before i take off. I was thinking about trying to fly tomorrow, but maybe i should stay away from Friday the 13th.

I am also making a profile plane out of my remaining Somethin Extra wing, and one i had left from the kit i bought from my first rebuild. Its still a work in progress, i was going to try and take it up to get my legs back after my crash, but it wont be done by Saturday and I need to fly.
