Fiberglass spececialties has the fiberglass parts for the Nelitz Cub. You are pretty much on your own for the rest. The fuse has some welded steel tube construction in the Cabin area. You can order steel tubing from www.wagaero.com . You will need alot of birch dowels for the construction and I found an online source for these at a great price in bulk, here is the website

I plan on starting mine this coming winter, I bought my plans off of e-bay and I am sure it is probably the same guy you bought yours from. If I had known he was selling copies I would not have bought them from him. The Nelitz Cub is supposed to be the most scale Cub model out there. The construction does not look too difficult but there is alot of plane there
