Hello!
I am finishing a 40 size OMP Edge and I was asking me the some questions, and I think I will do so:
First I fit the wing in position in the fuse, and then I will use a syringe filled up with 30' epoxi (I will have all te time to work slowly) with attached a thin small beak that can be easily inserted for 1/16" between the wing and the fuse.
At this point I will spry a little amount of glue every 1/2" both sides.
After that I will move the wing a little and so the glue take the right position.
And last I will create a little cord of glue in the 90° corner all around both sides
