From a different angle, are you able to richen the HS needle enough to smoke and slow the engine considerably? Saitos have been known to get hot when the LS needle is too lean making the HS needle almost ineffective, something easy to rule out.
The low speed is rich. Maybe too rich. I may try moving the baffle.
