Great story, Bubba. I found that when contacting these people, a level of civility usually gets back a ton of positive response. In this case, my new muffler in two days from Illinois to NJ.. great service! Your case, same thing. These people realize that it's very competitive out there and will usually bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy. If they don't, most realize that it's adios and they will never see that customer again. The power of this forum will also help because happy people will say so and the word gets out which translates to more business for the good folks and less to none for the grumpy ones.
