RE: any nitro drifters??
larger inner diameter fuel tubing will help the fuel get to the motor with less restriction..more fuel means a cooler running motor..anyone using a nitro for drifting should be running on the rich side anyways..due to the lower speeds and higher rpm..running rich will help with the cooling as well as cutting front rear and side windows closest to the head to allow air to pass through heatsink head and past air filter..the length of the tubing isnt really for cooling..but it makes sense that longer tubing with a larger diameter will hold more fuel thus keeping the fuel cooler until it reaches the carb..where thinner inner diamater tubing and shorter tubing will tend to heat up the fuel before it gets near the carb
anyone can drift on x-patterns..its all in he setup of the car...i just got done drifting with new Foams but i over extended my pull start cord so now i have to wait until tuesday to get a new pullstart...i tried to rebuild it but i damaged the coil spring inside[&o]
