Default E-flite Ultimate help!!!!

I will first give you the setup I'm using.

Original gearbox that comes with it
E-flite Hacker 4900kv
E-flite 20amp speed control the is recommended for this motor
Thunder Power 3 cell 1350 lipo's
GWS 11-4.7

The problem I'm having is that it flies like it has no power really. I have to fly it around 3/4 throttle to get any performance out of it at all, which drains the pack pretty quick. It also is torquing to the right at the higher throttle. I have put carbon fiber strips on both sides of the motor mount to minimize the torque, but it doesn't seem to have helped. I know this is a good flying plane, so what do I need to change to get the flying performance out of it??? Is the prop to big for it? Maybe I need to drop down to a 10-4.7? I'm not sure, but for now I'm a little disappointed. This is my first electric, so I need your guys help.

Thanks

Keith
