I can't answer your question about the incidence of the wing - but I own a 40 size.Hangar9 CAP232 - the older sport cap 40 kit -and it is touchy with a lot of elevator.

The tip stalling and snapping are common traits of several Cap 232 kits out there regardless of size - seems to be part of owning/flying one of these birds.
