Well TIM, without going too far into hypotheticals, I mean the kind of wrong being done that was brought to court and the guy in question was found guilty of. The AMA shouldn't play judge and jury based on here say, but if there is solid evidence that someone has already done some harm due to proven reckless endangerment, then by all means get the guy off our group policy.

As far as breaking the rules with permission goes, yes, they apply for special permission. The BYRON model company used to put on a big reenactment of PEARL HARBOR, complete with 1/6th scale planes that were wired with explosives to make it look like they were getting shot down. I guess it was quite the show![X(]!!
