So just to be crystal clear on this one, even if the AMA had a disclaimer about breaking the safety code in writing that you acknowledge by renewing your memebership, they can still get sued even if the rules are broken? seems to me that if it is in writing and you accept this upon renewal, tehn they should not be held accountable. But I guess the lawyers that work for the AMA who went to law school and know more than me thought of this already and got kicked in the wang on that one. Damn the bad luck.
