Real Simple,

Make sure the low end air bleed hole is half open, the slider on top of the carb is in its mid position, and the main needle is two turn open to start. Peak the top end first then check your idle. TO richen the low end close the hole a little at a time, the lean it open it. Once the low end is set optimumly, (fule line pinch test works here) check transistion. IF it goes smoothly, then your done, if not adjust accrodingly. + = rich, - = lean.
