I am tiring of this. This is an item that you should have reported to me directly, it has no business in this forum.

I really must ask you guys to call me first if you have a problem. This forum is meant to answer technical questions and not for doing routine business like reporting problems.

If your main goal is to publicize every minor defect found in a Wild Hare plane without giving me an opportunity to fix it first then this forum becomes nothing more than a complaint list and I'll shut it down.

I haven't sold a Giles in over 6 months so I know that whatever is going on here happened a long time ago. If you want me to handle this in a professional manner then call me first. If you don't I will conclude that you have some type of agenda.
