Default CEN MT2 - Engine Tuning Help - NT16

Hey there CEN MT2 fans. I would like some help in properly tuning my Fun Factor MT nitro trucks. I have tuned my engines many times before, but, lately, they are not running right. I have double checked the engine manual, but, I must be missing something. Hopefully someone out there can help me. Here are the fact. I own 2 CEN MTs. Both have the same factory NT-16 installed engine. Both have the same engine settings, and both seem to be running very sluggish. The HSN's are set for 3.5 turns out and the LSNs are set at 1/2 turn in from flush, or 2.5 turns out. The Idle Screw is set for 1.5mm open. Does anyone else have some suggestions? Both CENs seem to ide very well, but, I do notice that both seem to have lots of fuel/vapor coming out of the exhaust. So I think that Im running them too rich on the LSN? If I turn in the LSN more, then the engine will run about 250 to 270 degrees. The manual says the recommended engine temp for the NT-16 is 220 degrees. Can anyone tell me if this is correct? or is the 220 degrees juse during the break in period. Also, if anyone can give me the LSN proper setting in turns, say 2.5 or 3 turns out, that would be helpful. Saying that the LSN should be flush with the control arm, is a bit vague. Im from Los Angeles and usually running my CENs in 75 to 80 degree weather. I would like to know the best recommended HSN and LSN settings. I would love to hear any and all suggestions provided. Thanks.
