RE: CEN MT2 - Engine Tuning Help - NT16
Hey. Thanks for the reply back. Yes, my CENs were running better at 250 to 270 range, then I double checked the NT16 manual. Said that recommended temp was 220. Probably during the break in period? I will try keeping my LSN at flush and increase the HSN slightly, until I get back to where I was, running around 250 to 270 range. Just for the sake of total understanding, can you tell me how many turns from closed, is flush for the LSN. I have it noted as 3 turns out to flush. A few people have recommended going 2.5 turns out on the LSN for an extra snap or fast on the line. Since both my NT16 engines are well broken in, what would you recommend for the HSN setting? I have mine set a 3.25 to 3.5 turns out, depending on the oustide weather. Should I go 4 turns out on the HSN to keep the engine cool? or is that running too rich. Also, just a last quick question. About the exhaust. Is it normal to see a constant fuel/vapor type exhaust coming out. Its not flooding out, but it is a regular mist/fuel vapor. should the exhaust be just the normal blue smoke trail, or is a moist fuel exhaust considered normal. Hey, Thanks a million. I cant wait to get home after work, and re-adjust my CEN's...
