I like my Genesis and I have not had major problems, thats too bad that you did. I dont really feel that I paid too much for it. I had a T-Maxx and by the time I changed to aluminum parts, got a new motor, new head I was close to what I paid for my Genesis plus I can run good in grass that is more than 3 inches high. I am not knocking my T-Maxx but size wise it just cant cut it. Each one has their advantages The T-Maxx has the best take off and sounds like a formula one car when it winds up. The genesis handles like a tank but runs over everything like a tank. I am not in CENRacing's pockets but I think it is a great truck. Not every hobby shop has parts and yes you do have to wait on some customer service, it is not because they dont care it is because they are swamped with orders and they do follow up. Traxxas is good as well but if look on the posts there are a ton of people that dont like T-maxx's as well.
