The stampede is one of the best trucks ever! It isn't to fast but you can put a new ESC and motor in it. The thing is literally bombproof! I have one and it is awesome. One of the better hop up motors is the Reedy Quad Mag. It wil 24 mph with a 7 cell stock, 18 mph with a 6 cell stock. It is like a big and tall stadium truck. 45 mph pede can help u a lot with modifying it. He helped me pick a motor and tires and much more. His pede has an all aluminum chassis which costs about $150. Get the pede, it's awesome.
