Kelvin; The Vegas is another version of Dave Trible's Music design. In fact it is a refinished Moonglow he flew several years ago. He had one last year that looked similer to a Zero. In the Vegas he has a Ro-Jett 40 with a pipe. As usual the engine or fuel system seemed to go somewhere else. So he did not get a complete flight on either round. I think he had too much prop as it was a carbon fiber 11 1/4 X 3 3/4. In reality I think the Music(Vegas) is too much airplane for the engine. Wish I could get him a larger Ro-Jett. Anyway his job keeps him off the contest circuit. DOC Holliday
Doc and Elwyn, thank you. Keith and I have been playing around trying to find a serious winter project for the coming year and decided we like the Buso designs. I was hoping this was a Buso Vegas. It looks fairly similar. I'm trying to get Keith to go for the Hercules. I have Randy's plans and it's a beaut. The idea is to get Joe Grasso to cut the wood for us.
