I don't know too much 'bout the GWS servos. I've got a couple of the ones that are the same size as the hs-55's and they've never given me any trouble. That's probably because they're still in the drawer.

They do look to be made about the same. Gear-wise I mean. I just figure that if I need the weight, it ain't gonna be lead! With the price of the standards compared to the mini servos, it's cheaper anyway. Just push whatever you use as far back as possible. If your using the same planform as the LS, it's a "real" delta. Meaning that if you follow the lines till they meet, the major chord would equal half the span. It's more stable than the "pointier" deltas that have a greater major chord, but more difficult to balance.
