To install the new Oring apply a single drop of thick CA (cyano) to the Oring seat and install the new Oring. I squished it in on the opposite side I applied the CA to allow the most time to get it seated.
Resolder the wires to the housing and reinstall it using the 2 1/2mm modified wrench.
Install the cowl to complete the Oring replacement.
Be careful not to get any material into the turbine itself.

BTW...It is a 6mm ID by 3mm thick. Probably 70 duro
