Wait, wait, wait. I had several 3000s and one of the OPS Maxi 30s and it is definitely taller from the mount beams up.

I have used 0% nitro & 5% oil Cool Power in my Maxi 30, but regular 10% RC fuel runs good, too.

I don't know how much boost you are going to get from a tuned pipe, some, but not much. The engine has a low exhaust port for loads of torque. This makes it harder to get boost from a tuned pipe. They like a high exhaust port.
