Like Scooter said, give it a little up trim for launch, and then give it a pretty good toss into the wind. I'm not talking a Peyton Manning 60 yard bomb, but a good toss. This usually gets it up in the air. Sometimes it'll dip close to the ground before it starts to climb, but usually it will start to climb immediately. Also, do you have your controller set for high or low? Setting it for high will improve the effect of the elevator on take off.
