Default RE: ICE's Seawind Maiden Voyage

Ice, I've been worried about you and wondering how your boat was coming along. From the looks of you Seawind, I shouldn't have worried. It looks like a well done job you can be proud of. Sharp looking!

As for the wind, it looks like you didn't have any.[] But that's just as well for a maiden voyage. I hope everything is staying nice and dry inside. What did you end up doing about your hatch cover?

I don't know if it's just the angle of the photograph or what, but to me your boat looks "down in the front." You mentioned moving your battery to the rear. Perhaps the battery was forward when the pics were taken. For me, not that I know anything, I like the center of gravity as far aft as I can get it on the seawind.

Keep the reports coming!
