I've read most of the post in this subject and can see points made by all.

For myself, I'd say thank you. Hands down the best compliment for someone devoting their time to teach another.

In fact, I've never flown before, but will try to find an instructor in my area next year maybe. I am one that is currently flying on the sim RealFlight G3 and am far from needing an instructor at this point. Got to work out the left/right syndrome.

I'm 44 years old, love to build these airplanes, but have always hesitated to fly them until now. I Never wanted to see something I put so much time and effort in end up in a pile of balsa. That fear has kept me grounded. Till now.

To all instructors who have taught those before me. Thanks for helping to keep this hobby going.

For that one person that will teach me. Have patience, I'm new.
