Have you called them? I can see the plug costing that with shipping. Most have standard shipping costs. You should ask what shipping will be if you don't know. I would be on the phone either canceling the order after this long or finding out what happened.
npigg, I would say the same. Call them on the phone and ask about the part. If you got the wrong one, they will fix it, if that is the way the part is and the website was wrong, send it back and get a refund. How did you try to contact them? If by email, it is possible it went right into their spam trap.
Pick up the phone and call them today and get an answer instead of getting mad about it. Its easy to be ticked, but 9 times out of 10, it is a simple missunderstanding.
