go to a homedepot or lowe's and go to the plumbing section and pick up pvc pipe you might want to take a wheel off of your car and bring it with you to make sure the pipe fits then cut the pipe then glue the pvc pipe to your rims and you should be all set. p.s the pvc pipe should only cost around 2.75 u.s
