I am new to heli's.

I just bought a blade cp Yesterday and all was fine. I was able to hover and it was very stable, but today after a couple of flights the heli started to jump up and back to the ground at a little over half throttle. If anyone has any ideas it would be great. I dont even know where to start looking. If this was a plane i could have fixed the problem
