those are all the parts you will need. use the part numbers to find a supplier near u, if u want to try em.

simply swap the standard 14 tooth pinion for the 15 tooth, and swap out the standard gears for the genesis spurs and funfactor alloy hubs

u do not need the entire 2 speed kit, just the hubs and the genesis steel spurs.
