Biohazard, you can do it! Build your trainer, find your instructor and go burn some fuel! The left / right thing will come to you after a while. Your sight perspective is a lot different with a real plane. The reversed left / right will eventually become instinctive and you won't even think about it. Become one with the plane. You can do it.
