Well i am a idiot. I was looking at the swashplate and notice that the front end was very low. I throttled up the heli and watched the front servo and it was jumping up and down and the servo would never center.
so i just by luck noticed that the servo wire was just a liitle lose in the 4 and 1 unit. made sure that the servo was connected correclty and that solved all the problems.

Since i am just beginning in heli and i dont land as soft as i should i guess the wire was knocked loose.


Thanks for all the help... Hopefully soon i will be asking how to get the heli inverted.
