Hmmm Im a bit unsure about the reason given for over bending the doors.. I built a balsa bandit a couple of yrs ago and when I made the doors like they said they fitted perfectly and havent ever straightened as far as Im aware.

Managed to hinge a aileron and a flap in 4 and a half hours!! so im getter quicker.
