I, too, was ticked off about the dvd, and, excuse me, didn't get on the "right" thread to comment. In seeing this thread today, I got all worked up again, but noted in the letter sent with it a phone number (1-877-708-4868). I called this number and a very nice lady helped me get my name removed from future offers and also marked my account as not wanting anything unsolicited sent my way. Pretty easy. Obviously, there have been a number of calls and it appears they are trying to accomodate those of us who are so easily offended.
