"Pouncing on criticism" or jumping to the defense?...
The simple fact is that these people are volunteers, and deserve a LOT of RESPECT for the work they do.....
My one point is, that if you have issues with one of these fine gentlemen (aka VOLUNTEERS), why not take it directly to them instead of making public accusations. Got a question? They do publish public contact information ....
Expecting the inquisition has become a way of life for these people ... THAT'S JUST WRONG, and that's what I'm here to defend.[>:]
