Default RE: Four Star 60 Build...The Saga Begins

Some brands of CA include micro-tubing with each bottle. It is shipped inside the cap in the case with ZAP brand. Of course the only applies to THIN CA. I don't remember what brand of CA you purchased. Just cut a short piece with a very sharp razor blade (to avoid crushing tube) and insert in spout. If it becomes clogged, it can be replaced with a new piece. Be very careful of your eyes around CA. We forgot to advise you before but safety glasses are a good idea. A splash or drop in an eye will be memorable to say the least, also when using any power tool.

I went back and checked your initial post and you bought a more generic CA, which is fine. A point to remember when cutting off the tip to open the bottle is to remove as little as possible to minimize the opening size. This MAY be where you made a mistake. The hole should be no larger than a T-pin. Epoxy is thicker and requires a bigger hole than thin CA ever will.

You're doing fine. More pictures please.
