You should buy the RTR.

The ARR needs a starter box, servos, receiver, transmitter, paint for the body. It does have a few upgraded parts which make it a more sturdy buggy but the RTR parts are more than durable. My recommendation is that you buy the RTR and learn with something that comes setup from the factory. If you break something it will be because you crashed very hard.
