OOOOUCHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! THATS UGLY for the hinges i used the regular ca hinges that came with it however i did notice that one or two of them had to be reglued they felt loose to me. the cut outs for the hinges seems to be almost to big for the ca hinges. As for the strength of ca hinges i have a 80in cap that has them in it and it been roung out pretty good and they held.
