Default RE: 0.5 ccm dieselengine

ORIGINAL: Jack Hiner

Nice job Jens. What size prop and rpm? Also what is the bore and stroke? Easy to start and adjust? Reminds one of the designs of the 1940's. Jack
Propeller are at 7x4 and rpm are not measured. Bore 7.5 mm (0.2952 inc.) and stroke 11.2mm (0.4409 inc.). After priming with finger at carburator and flick 2-3 then engine are started, easy and not sensitive to adjust.

Which material are used...
Piston and contrapiston: material from brake disc.
Sleeve and crankshaft: material from torsion rod for suspension.
Crankcase and coolingfins: bar aluminium.
Bearing for crankshaft: bronce.
Wristpin: drillrod.
Carburator: brass.
