I agree with Will. You need some castor oil in the fuel for a plain bearing engine. The FP can last a really long time if you run some castor oil in the mix.

I also agree that most likely, the problem with deadsticking is caused by a change in nitro AND fuel viscosity (because of the lube change). Cool Power is a good fuel, but I wouldn't run it in a plain bearing engine unless the manufacturer said it was okay. Which, they won't do. In fact, I doubt if the maker of Cool Power (Morgan's) would recommend its use in your engine.
