I made some DIY heavy duty knuckles today, as I can't bring myself to pay £20 for alu ones. I melted a nut into the plastic where each of the two bolts go into the upright, on the inside, so you can tighten them properly now, and hopefully they won't pull out!

Anyone got any advise on my handling problem? Rolls really easy on grass taking a corner, even with no spacers.
