Different props are designed for sifferent purposes... and RPM's aren't the only deciding factor to performance.
Propwash is very important as is how quickly you can "get on it" to start.
Sounds like the CHP is optimized for lower end torque and propwash, whereas the Prince may be more tuned to higher RPM's...
I have found on my Yak that the 23x8 NX at 400+ less rpms than the MSC 22x8 was by far a better prop for my style of flying.
